Terms of service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply to Street Journal ("the service"), operated by Agentic d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 20, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

The service produces automatically generated news and market summaries for the instruments in your portfolio and delivers them by email and in the web app. Reports are produced by language models from public sources and may contain errors or omissions.

Not investment advice

Reports are for information only. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Account

You need a valid email address. Keep your sign-in link and Google account secure. One account per person.

Subscription and payment

Access requires a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at the start of the trial and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute reports, scrape the service, or use it in a way that disrupts it for others.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any report. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service with notice by email. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing martin.susteric@gmail.com.

Governing law

Slovenian law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
